Shareholding structure
In 2013, Tarczyński debuted on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company’s main shareholders are entities controlled by the Tarczyński family, including the company’s founders, Elżbieta and Jacek Tarczyński. Tarczyński is a family-owned company. In addition to CEO Jacek Tarczyński, his sons, Dawid and Tomasz Tarczyński, also serve on the management board. The company’s co-founder, Elżbieta Tarczyńska, and privately the CEO’s wife, is a member of the supervisory board.
The company’s shareholding structure also includes pension funds: OFE Allianz Polska and OFE NN.

Tarczyński) shares in Tarczyński S.A. in the amount of 4,346,936.00 pieces, constituting 38.31% of the share in the Company’s capital and constituting 51.21% of the share in votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, and Mr. Jacek Tarczyński also holds, together with his wife Elżbieta Tarczyńska and sons Dawid Tarczyński and Tomasz Tarczyński indirectly, through EJT Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Ujeździec Mały (in which EJT Investment Sarl holds 100% of the shares) in the amount of 3,098,221.00 shares, representing a 27.3% share in the Company's capital and 21.6% of the votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
