Elżbieta Tarczyńska graduated from the Post-Secondary School of Economics in Wrocław (major: Labour Economics, Payroll, and Social Affairs). Together with Jacek Tarczyński, they are the founders of the Tarczyński Foundation, which operated from 2009 to 2015.
